Lo barato sale caro, por eso, “if you pay peanuts, you get monkeys.”

TINK TWICE
Think twice, or as many times as necessary, before speaking: always analyze what you’re going to say. Be like the Japanese who listen to you, they don’t say anything until vou finish, and then they offer very specific and clear observations. If they don’t need to say anything, they don’t, silence is their ally.
Opportunity
Face problems without fear or regrets: I see big problems as small ones, and I don’t even notice the small ones.
They are all an opportunity.
Institutionalism
Be institutional and orderly in everything you do, a company doesn’t work if its processes are not well designed, defined or if they’re not respected. This can be applied to everything in life. Cheap is expensive, so if you pay peanuts, you get monkeys.
COURAGE
Remember that people will treat you according to how they perceive you and that the bully stands as long as the silent do nothing, so treat people as they deserve to be treated. No more, no less, don’t concede to people who don’t deserve it, even if they are family.
Learn from your mistakes
Learn from your mistakes and see them as opportunities.
Remember, school gives you the foundations, but the true school is found in the streets and in life.
